What is the minimum amount of documents needed to start scanning?

You can start scanning with us from just one single document. There are no limit or minimum amount of documents required from you to start scanning with us. That is why it is best to scan with us as we are reasonable and understanding. Very little businesses allow just a single document scanning so you can just order from us at a really cheap price! Not to mention, other businesses might even have additional charges such as GST. But at here, we do not have any hidden or extra costs. We have no GST charges at all. Please rest assured that all price are of net pricing.

How long will it take to be done?

It will take a short lead time of 2-3 working days. However, once it is done, we will inform you immediately. It may even be done scanning as quick as 1 working day. If you need your documents back as soon as possible, it is best for you to come down and collect it back as it is faster compared to delivering it back to you.

Can I get a quote?

Yes, you can. All of the quotation given from our customer service officers can actually be found on our Scanning Services page. At there, we have all the pricing stated. From the amount of documents needed to scan, we will advise you accordingly. Once you have received a reply from our customer service officers regarding the pricing of your scanning service, you can then reply us accordingly if you wish to place an order with us.

What are the options available?

After scanning your documents, you can request us to send it to you via your email or fax it to you. Once you have submitted your request to us, we will then proceed with it so that you will be satisfied from the start of your order all the way to the end of the order which is when you have received all your requests. As your satisfaction is after all our top priority. Without your support and order, we would not be where we are now.
