There are many payment methods available for you to pay. Below are some of the frequently asked questions that you might have about how to make payment upon ordering with us.

Can I go down to the office to pay for my product?

Yes, you can head down to our office to pay for your products. However, do take note that currently, we do not accept walk-in orders. Only payment and collection are accepted. How do I get to your office?

The nearest MRT station will be Chinatown MRT and the nearest bus stop station will be Aft Chinatown Stn Exit D (Stop ID: 05022). After entering the building, People’s Park Centre, you can see at the left of OCBC Bank that there is a lift. You can take the lift up to the 5th floor and then follow the signboard to our office.

Is it possible to pay after receiving the product?

Sorry, payment has to be in first before we can proceed with your order. Please rest assured that your product will come out as what you have expected. Payment has to be in first to ensure that customers would not go missing on us after placing the orders. We are deeply apologetic if you are not able to pay when you come to collect. But for any errors or dissatisfactions that you might have, you can come back or contact us for a replacement.

What are the methods available for payment?

We have many methods for you to pay for your desired products. You can even pay anytime and anywhere you are as we accept PayNow, PayLah, GrabPay, Bank Transfer and cash! If these methods are unavailable for you, please feel free to contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to allow you to have a pleasant journey in ordering with us.

How do I know when my payment is in?

Our customer service officers will reply you in the chat that payment has been received and will then advise you accordingly as to when you can collect your items.

What happens if I paid the wrong amount?

If you paid more than what you were supposed to pay for your products, we will refund you accordingly to how you want the refund to be done. We are able to refund you through the same method as you have made the payment or you can kindly advise us on where you want the refund to be in. However, in cases that you underpaid for your products, we will wait for you to pay the remaining amount through the same payment method or you can pay the remaining in cash when you come to collect your product. However, do inform our customer service officers of how you want it to be done so that they will be notified of your decisions.
