How do I order?

You can place an order with us through email, WhatsApp, or call our Hotline. From there, we will reply to you and help you with your ordering journey with us. For ease of ordering, it is better to send us all the necessary documents to us first so that we can better assist you. It will also expedite the process of your order so that you can get your product at an even earlier date. Our ordering process is really simple and our customer service officers will help you whenever you are in need of any help. That way you can rest assured and enquire about all the doubts that you might have. Not to worry as our customer service officers are really nice and friendly!

Why should I order from you?

Not to mention, our customer service officers are able to reply you fast! So if you have any enquiries that cannot be found on our website, you can just contact us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also not a GST registered company hence, we are able to offer all of our services and products at net priced also known as no GST charges at all. What happens if I want to leave a feedback?

You can leave a feedback at our Contact Us page. If you have any complaints or want to commend our staffs, you can leave it under the feedback so that we will be able to proceed with the necessary arrangements with our staff. Not to worry as we will keep your complaints and commends private as we respect your privacy. However, if you wish to let our staff member know that you are the one that left a feedback, you can also inform us when you send in the email. We will then proceed to inform our staff as well. Your feedback is very important to us so please do input any feedback that you might have.

What happens after I ordered?

Please kindly wait for a reply from our customer service officers as there are other orders coming in as well. Once they have replied you, they will then discuss with you regarding your order. After the discussion is done, they will ask you again for your confirmation so that we can proceed with your order. All payment has to be in first and not to worry as they will advise you of the pricing for your overall product once the discussion is done. We will also inform you of when the payment has been received and when you will be able to collect your product.

What if I want to order more?

If you have already paid for your order, you can reply them and ask to order more from us. They will then discuss with you once again and confirm with you everything so that your order can be done smoothly with no errors. Afterwards, payment has to be in again for the subsequent orders to be proceeded by our production team.
