FAQ About Collection

Collecting your finished product is very easy as there are many ways for you to collect your items. Below are some of the frequently asked questions that you might have about the collection of your product after payment. For any more enquiries, feel free to contact our customer service officers for further assistance.

Can I go down to the office to collect my finished product?

Yes, you can come down to collect your product any time after our customer service officers have informed you that the collection is ready.

How do I get to your office?

The nearest MRT station will be Chinatown MRT and the nearest bus stop station will be Aft Chinatown Stn Exit D (Stop ID: 05022). After entering the building, People’s Park Centre, you can see at the left of OCBC Bank that there is a lift. You can take the lift up to the 5th floor and then follow the signboard to our office.

How long does it take for my product to be done?

You can collect your product as soon as our customer service officers have verified that payment has been in and will advise you on the available timings for you to collect your items.

Is it possible to arrange for my own pick-up?

Yes, you may do so but please do inform your delivery services of the collection number for ease of collection and a faster pickup to be done.

What are the methods of the collection?

We can mail out the product to your house or you can opt for a courier to your house however there are additional charges accordingly. You can also come to self collect at our office down at Chinatown or you can even call for your own delivery service to collect your completed product.

How do I know if my product has been sent out?

After confirming with us your address, we will then proceed to mail out your product and we will also take a video of the mailing process. You can request for the video proof of our staff member mailing the product out to you. We will then reply to you with the video proof inserted in the chat.

What if I gave the wrong address?

Do not worry as we will first take a picture of the completed package that has your full address in it for you to verify and double-check first before we proceed with the mailing of your package. Do inform us of the new confirmed address so that we can change it and take a picture for you to see it again. That way you are able to confirm the address to prevent any mistakes and errors from happening.

What happens if I ordered too much product and it is too heavy to carry it?

Do not worry as you can bring your own trolley to carry the items. That way it will be easier to collect all the heavy items. If you do not have your own trolley, You do not have to worry if you do not have a trolley and cannot carry the heavy stuff as our office does have a trolley. That way, you can ask our staff to pass you the trolley to carry the items back to your car before returning our trolley.
